The Customer Service Representative executes daily sales activities including customer service, lead management, sales support, quotation coordination, order entry, data reporting, order tracking, record maintenance, compliance documentation, customer certification, trade show logistics, and related clerical functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and track all inbound leads.
  • Record and distribute Requests for Quote to sales personnel.
  • Coordinate the quoting process and manage the quotation database.
  • Execute customer contracts and purchase orders following the ISO approved process.
  • Coordinates all aspects of sales order administration as necessary.
  • Provide customer communication as directed by sales personnel.
  • Communicate delivery status, tracking information, and other post sales events to customers.
  • Complete government/mandatory reporting requirements in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Record and report monthly booking and sales revenue.
  • Execute and guide administrative support services to sales and executive leadership including phone coverage, scanning, photocopying, filing, mail distribution, and office supplies.
  • Assist in other sales related activities as directed by VP, Sales & Marketing

Experience

  • 3 - 5 years sales, sales administration, and/or customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills for in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook
  • Data and order entry experience in a manufacturing resource (MRP) management system
  • Must be disciplined, responsive, detail oriented and customer focused.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Education

  • Associate degree required or equivalent experience in custom manufacturing environment. Bachelor degree in business preferred.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
